I started playing lacrosse in 7th grade after seeing how much fun my brother had playing it. I decided to take faceoffs the summer of my eighth grade year. I would come early and stay late after practices with my coach. He would teach me good form and drill me against the much older and stronger faceoff guys. I would make it my goal to beat the older faceoff guys. I would practice every chance I got. This is what started my love for the game and my drive to be the best.
