RegSaver Insurance Protection
For eligible events and locations, Faceoff Factory offers optional registration protection through our third-party partner, RegSaver. Faceoff Factory does not communicate directly with RegSaver or have any ability to influence RegSaver's decisions.
Coverage Details
RegSaver protection is available during the registration process through Campvine.
This optional coverage is designed to help protect participants in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent attendance.
Coverage may apply to eligible cancellations, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, or other qualifying situations as outlined by RegSaver’s policy terms.
If insurance protection is purchased, all refund requests must be submitted directly through RegSaver. Please do not e-mail Faceoff Factory regarding refund requests.
Faceoff Factory is not responsible for approving or processing insurance claims through RegSaver.
Important Insurance Information
RegSaver protection must be selected at the time of registration.
Insurance coverage cannot be added after registration is complete.
By declining RegSaver protection, the participant acknowledges and accepts Faceoff Factory’s standard no-refund policy outlined below.

Registrations Without RegSaver Protection
If RegSaver protection is declined or unavailable at the time of registration:
All registrations are considered final sales. No refunds will be issued by Faceoff Factory. Credits may only be considered under the conditions outlined below.
Credit Eligibility & Emergency Circumstances
In situations where RegSaver protection is unavailable in the participant’s location, Faceoff Factory may consider issuing an event credit under the following conditions:
Credit Requirements: Faceoff Factory must be notified at least 72 hours before the scheduled event start time.
Credits may be issued for medical emergencies, injuries, or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Faceoff Factory management.
Supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note, may be required.
Credit Terms: Approved credits may be applied toward any future Faceoff Factory event, camp, clinic, or weekly training session.
All credits expire one (1) year from the original event start date.
Credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.
Discount Code Registrations: Registrations completed using promotional or discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
If notice is provided at least 72 hours before the event starts, Faceoff Factory may issue a future event credit at its discretion.
Event Changes & Cancellations: Faceoff Factory reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, formats, coaching staff, or programming when necessary.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by Faceoff Factory, participants will be provided with:
A full credit toward a future Faceoff Factory event, or a refund.
Additional resolution options as determined by management.
