REFUND POLICY

As of 2024 our Refund Policy will be as stated below:

Thank you for choosing Faceoff Factory. We appreciate your trust in our services, and to provide you with added peace of mind, we offer insurance coverage on purchases made in eligible locations. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Insurance Coverage:

● All purchases made through Campvine will include optional insurance coverage through RegSaver.

● Insurance coverage is designed to protect the consumer from any cancellations and all changes made to an event by Faceoff Factory or the consumer.

● In the event the insurance will be used, it is up to the consumer to contact RegSaver immediately to begin the refund process.

● Once the consumer registers for an event they will be unable to go back and purchase the Regsaver insurance, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

● For questions related to insurance coverage, please contact both our customer service or

RegSaver Insurance.

No Insurance Coverage:

● ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or credits will be issued by Faceoff Factory

● If the consumer has opted out of the RegSaver Insurance they will be liable for any lost credits.

Insurance Coverage unavailable in your location:

● Refunds will be given under emergency circumstances and/or must require a doctor’s note

● You will receive a credit for future use if we are notified at least 48 hours before the start time. Credits will not be offered if notified within 48 hours of the start time. All credits will expire after 1 year from the start date of the event.

● Any registrations using a Discount Code will NOT be eligible for a refund. If we are notified at least 48 hours before the start time, a credit will be held for future use to ANY Faceoff Factory Event.

By making a purchase with Faceoff Factory through Campvine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to both our standard Refund Policy and the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
